About:

Kinetic projections and physical theater break open
contested sites of memory. Founded in 2007 by Tikka Sears,
Memory War Theater project is a Seattle based company
devoted to the
creation of new theater works, merging
original and documentary text,
innovative video projection,
diverse perspectives and movement.
Performers navigate the
borders of theater, documentary, sculpture,
shadow and
sound in visually stunning new theater collaborations
between US and international artists.  The Memory War
Theater Project
is continually exploring new methods
of storytelling, focused on fusing
global stories to local
audiences.
